RE: Kiwanis Division 5 Annual Bowlathon

Proceeds go to Central Valley Children's Hospital

Dottie Spencer (President of the Sierra Oakhurst Club) is the Chairman, along with Carol Dogey (Secretary and past President of the OLD TOWN CLOVIS club!). Please promote participation from your club members – this will be a FUN event! THREE games are $10 (what a deal)! Suggestion: get team(s) together and have the club back (sponsor) the entry fees ($10/person)! Teams of 4; bring 2 to 4 teams!

WHERE: Cedar Lanes (South/West corner of Shields and Cedar)
WHEN: 1 pm
WHAT: Division Event; funds benefiting Children’s Hospital, Central California!
COST: $10 per entrant!
(Participants are encouraged to bring sponsor lists! –  Pledge sheets often get flat donation - usually $5 to $20 –so you can get the money before the event and bring to event (saves not having to "bug" donors for money later).

RE: Month of May -- Club Elections

, used to report your club’s elections results (2007-08 administrative year officers). Elections are to be held at your club’s annual meeting (schedule in the month of May.)

Please fill out the form completely, and be sure to check the appropriate box for the preferred mailing address. Special note: member ID numbers are REQUIRED for all officer positions. These can be found on the club roster, or each member’s magazine label.

Please return the enclosed forms by June 1, 2007.
List the officers’ complete names. Make certain all address information is complete and current, including postal codes, telephone area codes and e-mail addresses.

Fill out the EXCEL format (thus you CAN keep copy downloaded to your computer for your club!) and email to:
